wedding photographer in need of pj advice

I'm relatively new to the avs scene (last time I was here I was looking for speaker advice. I got some from av123, thank you.) Now I'm looking for a projector setup for my presentation room. I'm a wedding photographer and will primarily be using a projector to display high resolution slideshows from a pc as well as showing clients their images. I've already decided to get a 114" BW Carada screen. We'll be sitting at 13' and I think the 1.5 ratio will be really stellar... plus it's got to be that big to hide a power box on that wall. I'll be mounting the projector anywhere from 11.5-13 feet back on the ceiling.

Important features:
mountable on a ceiling
sharpness (text against black background and using pc software for proofing)
black level
uniformity
color accuracy
black and white color accuracy

The room will be completely light controlled with dark brown walls although I'd like to have flexibility to use the projector with some ambient light in the room when needed.

I've already read a ton of threads and posts and am leaning towards either the Sanyo z2000 or the Epson 1080UB. Hoping to spend less that $3K on the projector. Do you have any recommendations?

thanks for the link. I had read that and was surprised by the results. The optoma is out because of the limited zoom. (I'm going to need 1.75-1.9) Which leaves the sanyo. While I'm sure it's a great projector for the money, I'd be shocked if it was the absolute best projector out there for photography.
