I purchased the LG BH200 Super Blu Blu-Ray HD-DVD Player late in 2007 (Purchase Price $900) based on information I received from the press release you issued on September 7, 2007 (link attached)(http://us.lge.com/aboutus/pressdetai...eo_337_2.jhtml
After my purchase I have endured many problems with the BH200 and have had numerous contacts with LG customer service. Finally, I was informed late last week via e-mail from LG (a copy of the e-mail can be found at the end of this e-mail) that the BH200 would not be updated to the include the functionality promised in your press release.
I am truly frustrated with the support and the level of commitment LG has made with this player and the way the company has turned its back on its customers. I have purchased numerous items from LG in the past including a washing machine, dryer, several televisions and other items and had never had any problems. But apparently LG has had a change in its corporate mentality and has chosen to push away its loyal customers.
I am deeply disappointed in your company and wanted to inform you of the misinformation contained in your press release and the failure of your company to follow through on promises made with regards to your products.

I just found out that we are not currently looking at upgrading to BD 2.0. The BD300 came out yesterday and it has 2.0 in it.
