Best Soundbar alternative with HDMI inputs?

I love the YSP4000, but I'm looking for a backup/cheaper option, with the same kind of HDMI input functionality. Any ideas?

I love the Sony soundbar, but unfortunately, all the inputs are on the paired sub.

The YSP-3000 maybe? It can be had for as low as $600 new on ebay.

I have a 47 inch philips lcd 120hz 2ms Refresh natural motion 7403 series i believe.

and I want to purchase the philips sound bar for it and noticed the lack of outputs for it. But I was wondering what is the best way to setup all my devices with the best possible results.

I want to connect my satelite box (directv HD DVR box)
Playstation 3
and xbox 360

if there isnt a way to connect all at the same time are there any switches or converters I could use to hook them up?
