My Pioneer 950, coupled with the dreaded STB (4250HDC) constantly (automatically) adjusts the picture size according to the signal received;..that is fine, and it only takes a second or two to perform the configurations. Will there be a day when the picture size (commercials, etc) will conform to a single standard 16:9, for example, and obviates the need for the picture to constantly adjust to the signal??? sorry for the minor rant
