Tell me what I'm missing here...

I just received shipment of a very beautiful Pioneer 5020 and am trying to run the break-in procedure via a USB stick, the Home Media Gallery, and the break-in images from D-nice's thread. For whatever reason, this thing refuses to cycle images properly. I select a folder, opt to start a slideshow and it seems no matter what settings are used, it just keeps displaying the same image over and over again. I have Repeat All and turn on Random; it displays the image, flashes a black screen, and displays the same image again, no matter what. I've tried to move the images around on the USB stick, but to no avail (I tried the images on the stick all by themselves, and then I tried them in a folder all by themselves).

Am I missing something here?

Ok, turns out it was user error. I just wasn't watching the slide show for long enough to figure out the images WERE changing. With the gradual steps each color makes and add in the black screen between each image change, it's no wonder. Is that black screen between each image supposed to be like that? You'd think it could access the file from a USB faster than that.
