Difference Between LG GGW-H20L and GGW-H20LK?

I'm biting the bullet and building my first HTPC. Just bought the ASUS nVidia 9300 chipset-based mobo. Now I'm buying a Bluray burner (w/ HD DVD support). I notice that there is a lot of info and interest in the LG GGW-H20L. However on Newegg, I see that there is also a GGW-H20LK - that's $15 cheaper. I can't see the difference between the two. Can someone enlighten me and explain why people buy the GGW-H20L for $15 more than the GGW-H20LK?

I like that I can get a BD-RE included with the deal on Newegg. Anyone know of a better deal?

GGW-H20L is the retail version and GGW-H20LK is the OEM version. Same drive but different packaging and I think printed manual versus only electronic version included on driver/software disk.

Thanks mchinand for the response. Yeah, I noticed that one was a retail version and the other was an OEM version. I just couldn't believe that it was the exact same drive - and people would be paying $15 extra for Logitech branded packaging and a physical manual for a DVD drive (as most people obviously are doing by the numbers and comments). Does anyone ever read a DVD drive manual??

If this is the case, I'll be saving $15 and buying the LK model.

Don't buy it from Newegg today. It's a Newegg shell shocker item starting tomorrow for $199.99 with free shipping. Saves you a few extra bucks.
But do you need a blu-ray burner as opposed to the blu-ray reader is the question you have to answer for yourself.

Thanks kpiontek for the response. Yeah, I saw that deal also at Newegg starting tomorrow. But I then went to live.com and did a search on "GGW-H20L" and it brought up a link to ebay with a Microsoft Cashback icon. From there I got the lowest price brand new Buy-It-Now item for $239 with free shipping and paid with Paypal. This gave me a 25% cashback bonus ($60) so the total was $179. I have to wait until the end of December (60 days) to get the cash back, but I guess I can wait and I'm a penny pincher. I have to say this whole Microsoft Cashback thing seems too good to be true and that concerns me. I just found out about it yesterday (from another poster here) and I've purchased a ASUS motherboard and a Logitech keyboard since yesterday - and got a 25% cashback on the price of each item.

Don't be concerned. I've been buying like crazy for the last several months. I've gotten my cashback exactly as promised.
