As some of you know I've been fortunate enough to have a review copy of Skyrim for almost 2 weeks. I've put a LOT of time into the game so expect a fairly large review. Unfortunately that's going to have to wait until 11/10/11 at 8AM EST.

Here is my question for you guys. What are your questions about Skyrim? What do you want to see in the review?

How does learning/making spells work? Same for alchemy.

Is there any way to "respec" your character if you regret early choices?

Is it any fun to play?

I've not played any of the previous titles but I pre-ordered Skyrim. Can you put a blurb about whether I'll be at a disadvantage or not? TIA.

How will I have time for Skyrim AND MW3? I think this is a legitimate question that we should all be concerned with!

Skyrim all the way...I'm burnt out on FPS's...

Should I be freaking about about this day one patch? I've been looking forward to this game for EVER!! Now I'm worried about not having a patch...

Day one patch is confirmed. Should just update automatically. Not surprised really, I am sure they constantly look for bugs to fix and as they are found they address them. Common for a game of this scale. I would be concerned if there wasn't a patch!

No home internet connection for me..No patch. Oh well, I'm sure it will be great just the same.

How has Fallout 3 impacted Skyrim? Meaning, what changes (good or bad) do you see from prior Elder Scrolls games that Bethesda incorporated into Skyrim due to what they learned/changed in their recent releases since Oblivion?

What kind of improvements were made to the Inventory system (which alone was enough to make me despise Oblivion)

That was a good read! I'll definitely be picking up the guide...I think it is definitely worth it for these type of games. Just trying to decide between the basic one and the hardcover, premium edition.

Do both editions come with access to the online map ? Hopefully there will be an Android version of it as well so I can view it on my Galaxy Tab.

How is the general performance of the game engine on the 360?

Are the voices of the non human characters well done?

Anything that was a glaring "miss" in your opinion?

No they said they would have a list of things when the patch is ready to go. Sounds like they will pack it in until the last minute. Would link it but can't remember where I read it. Sorry

Yeah, looks like they're intentionally being vague. If that HDD texture bug isn't already on the list, it'll be soon anyway.

I can't imagine what playing these bethesda games are like without a net connection though...

I always wondered if later runs of the disc contain patches already baked in?

Maybe a flash drive? I'm curious myself since I haven't renewed my gold membership.

I think you can copy the title updates to a stick...but you still need a connected Xbox to get to it.

You don't need gold to get patches.

Could you clear this HDD texture issue for us ASAP!!! Does the install have any bearing on the graphic fidelity? This seemingly has come up out of nowhere.

Agreed, please try clearing the cache before playing from the HDD to see if that fixes the issue.

How exactly does the leveling up work (is it the same as oblivion) do you use a spell over and over to level up fire, etc.

anyword on what the button combo is? (if that's what we're talking about)

LB+RB+X always worked really well with both FOs. I used it everytime I started the games

It will be more like Fallout, where using a skill gains XP in that skill, which will level it. You need a certain number of skill level-ups for the character to level up. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Leveling

Can you give a sense of how well the dual wielding works versus dedicated cast spell button. Seems like it would be awkward to switch back and forth between often used spells like restore health and physical weapons. How are hot-keys implemented, quick access to inventory, etc?

That's how Oblivion worked actually. Fallout used a traditional leveling system with earned XP. They did incorporate the perks system from Fallout however.

Not much of a conflict, I wouldn't waste any time with MW3.

Shouldn't retail copies already have the patch installed or is it too late for this? Seems like they are trying to catch up the pre-releases.
