My Proposed AV Distribution Setup

Thread Starter
I am getting ready to complete my AV Distribution System in my House.
I put together a diagram of what I am thinking and I would appreciate some input from some of the experts around here.

A little background:
3100 sqft two storey + 1200 sqft developed basement (Home Theatre and Exercise Room)

Each Video Zone has the following minimum wiring Homerun to the Equipment Rack:
3xBelden 1694A Coax
2xRG6 Quad Shield Coax
2xCat5E

I am located in Canada and I am a Bell ExpressVu Customer for TV.
Bell uses hardware similar to Dish Network in the US.

We are a Family of 5, 3 Kids under age seven.
I am trying to build a system that is simple, robust and will serve us well for years to come.

Thanks in Advance,

I noticed this Matrix switcher in another thread:

Impact Acoustics 3X5 Component Matrix
http://www.amazon.com/Component-Matr...5509854&sr=1-1

Might save me a few bucks since I don't really need more than 3 inputs.
Does anyone have one of these in use ?

I found a pretty positive review:

Well I finally got it all installed.
Here is a diagram of my system as of right now:

I am very happy how it all worked out. I have HD Movie and TV in all 5 zones and the system is simple enough for my 7 year old son to control.

I know that the trend is this forum is going towards HDMI distribution but I am very happy with the video quality over component for my smaller displays (<50") and the price can't be beat.

Cheers,
Wolfgang
