what kinda programs or types of media do u use the 120hz and how does it benefit it, how does it look with reality shows ex. Survivor, GhostHunters, Mythbusters... shows like that, would u use it and does it look cool or fake like others state, and with those shows i mean in HD.

first off my wife hates it (I assume you mean the motion processing not the refresh rate). It is fantastic for live sports, reality tv (or most HDTV IMHO). Animated movies look unbelievable. regular movies look like a soap opera--i dont mind it but again my wife hates it for normal movies. oh yes, and if you happen to be an afficianado of eh hem...adult entertainment of the licentious variety give some of that a whirl (so to speak).

It takes awhile to get used to AMP on HIGH. I keep mine on low. High makes the picture seem 3D like. I sometime looks like your watching it on a ship.

On some sporting events when the ball or puck move to quickly you get what people are calling the puck effect. It looks like there are 3 pucks flying across the screen.

I noticed it when watching baseball, when the ball was thrown hard, from say third to first, the ball looked like the cover was flying off.

I turned the AMP down to low and do not have the effect any longer.

I think the response rate is more important than the refresh rate, IMHO. I have not seen any blocking with my new Sammy 52a850 with a 4ms RT.

It is a very noticeable change, Some like it some don't. It is just a matter of taste.

Most movies are in 24FPS, so when you make it 120FPS it is a lot of change. Broadcast TV is 60FPS and it not as noticeable as a blu-ray on AMP HIGH.

But like I said, it is a matter of taste.

Use it whenever you want.
