Is my wall mount placement going to be too high?

I'm going to be wall mounting my new 40" LCD (hasn't been purchased yet) on a wall where it's minimum mounting height is going to have to be 52-54" from the ground. I'll be sitting on a couch about 10.5 feet away. Is this going to be an issue with next strain. or should the distance/height ratio be ok?

Ideally, you want your eyes to look directly at the center of the display about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom. If you mount it higher than that, you will be tilting your head (or your body) up.

Certainly lots of folks mount 52" high (sounds like a fireplace), but it would be too high for my comfort.
