Ditto. What is up with that? I've never seen this problem before.

Me neither. I called and there is a message for everyone that it is out and they are working on it.

Annoying, isn't it? Thanks for posting about the DVR issue - saved me a phone call.

Yes. Yes it is.

Seems like it still records but you just can't watch anything. Very weird.

DVR service out since 4-5pm an at least it does record.
DVR service is still out in Palm Beach Gardens 33410 too. Agree too that it does seem to be recording but you can't access to play.

Still no new channels for me in east Boca. DVR service went out and had to power cycle my boxes to get it back.

I was having the same DVR problem as everyone else here. It was still out at of 1:00 am. I checked it at 9:00 am before I left the house and it was back to working normally. Didn't do anything but wait. I would imagine it's working for everyone now.

Side note: I did notice that when I click the "menu" button, the bar that pops up is now populated with new icons. (A house, a film projector) The "ON" ondemand icon is missing. Not sure when this changed but it had to be pretty recently.

They also removed the advertisement bar at the bottom allowing more channel listings to show.

I've seen that happen once before but it came back. Let's hope it's gone for good this time.

Fingers crossed.

Meanwhile the menu bar is back to normal. And the ads are back on the guide.

Great... too good to be true - got to have that advertsing I guess

I lost DVR function yesterday too but rebooting the box brought it back.

Some of the analog channels now have the place holder card but it's random channels. Many channels are still available.

West Boca, East Boca, Delray...have always been done on the same day when it comes to upgrades and new channels.
Ok kind of a head scratcher...

On my second tv in the bedroom, I have been using the Qam tuner to get whatever is coming straight thru the coax pipe.... interestingly there are some channels that I dont readily see on the Sa8300 box on my main tv..

Comcast is offering both an HD Settop box and a Digital Adapter as part of their upgrade package to our association... What would be my best option or should I just split the coax and use the Hdbox for most channels and the Qam for those offbeat channels my wife likes>> Will all this change once they do the Boca upgrade??

Just noticed today Comcast has pulled all the analogs 23+. Channel 15 is gone as well as channels 97,98.

I am in West Boca and no analogs seem to have been pulled. Are you in East Boca?

Channels 23+ are now static. Analog channels 15, 97, 98 are back. 99 has color bars.

A spectrum scan shows QAM carriers on just about all the former analog channels 23-67. All encrypted.

Not available in the guide yet.

I live in West Boca and noticed today that the analogs are gone. Hopefully the new HD channels are right around the corner...

I know East Boca had the analog-digital conversion last month...does anyone know if they received the new HD channels yet? Was wondering if they were waiting for West Boca to finish and do the whole area at one time.
No new HD channels yet.

Thanks...kind of what I figured. They have always seemed to add new channels at the same time for our areas.
Comcast how long does it take to flip the switch and bring the new HD channels we have been waiting years for? You reclaimed the analog channels already now flip the freakin switch!
