In order to make sure everyone had their Coupon-Eligible Converter Boxes hooked-up and ready-to-receive digital, the Pennsylvania governor decreed a statewide test on 11/17 and 11/24 at 6:25 p.m. The duration is/will be one minute long.
During the test people watching the digital signal were told they "passed" the test while people watching the analog signal were told they "failed" and were given a phone number to acquire a CECB. Unfortunately people with Dish Satellite also failed the test, because Dish is providing the analog signals to its customers, not the digital signals. Dish claims they will have this fixed in time for the February transition.
Anybody else have reports to share on their test results with their CECBs in Pennsylvania?
