This 30 day return policy does not apply to televisions, any oversized product(s) shipped via motor freight (not DHL), headsets, Bluetooth items, satellite systems (Auto or Home - Including HDTV Receivers), car stereo merchandise, or open box/clearance merchandise. All Satellite Systems (Auto or Home - Including HDTV Receivers) and open box/clearance merchandise are Final Sale. Please note that 6ave.com is not able to accept returns of activated DirecTV products. These items must be returned directly to their manufacturer.
All Returns/Exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without RA#s will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, you must contact Customer Service at 1-877-684-2831. All Returns/Exchanges must be double boxed (manufacturer’s box must be inside of another box designed for shipping) with the RA # written clearly on the outer box accompanied by a note explaining why the product is being returned in the original merchandise box.
