Tube stopped working marquee 9500 :-(

Hi All you helpful people


Just turned on my marquee 9500 green tube not working :-(

It would be great if someone could give me the most likely cause or a list of things to check in a logical order.

I have tried the projector without source. Still no green.

Hello


You could have one of three or four different problems. Try pushing Exit on the remote then ### for test patterns, see if green recovers. Also, you could have a bad green channel on the VIM input section, a bad neckboard, or a tube weakened by high filament voltage.

Hi

I have just swapped the neck boards over with the red. For some reason all seems to be working now, a little odd but Im not complaining.

Could have been that the G2 wire came off of the green just enough to not make contact. Now that you swaped it its ok.
