Hi, I am trying to hookup the TV to my computer to see if there is an available firmware update. I am running an ethernet cable from the TV to the router (Linksys WRT54G). I go into the network settings and choose easy or auto set-up, but when I go into show/hide servers it says none recognized. I have tried turning off the firewall and even enableing DMZ on the router, still no go. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? The reason I want to check for an update is that I'm noticeing that about every 10-20 min the sound just goes out (like its muted) for about 3-5 seconds and then it comes back on. I have the TV hooked up via HDMI to a HD cable box. My software version is HM-F-QN-B-CO, and on Sonystyle .com they have a firmware update 202r. Any help anyone can offer is greatly aprreciated.
