stuck and dead pixel right next to each other

hey how you guys doing, im new here and have been reading quite a lot from you guys. I recently purchased a toshiba regza 42" 42hl67 from circuit city, well not recently last december. Anyhows, i had called toshiba for repairs around febuary. The tv was displaying what you guys reffered to as ghost bars, to make the story short they replaced it, and the people who replaced it were very rude. Anyways, after a few hours of the televisions being on a green pixel came on and wouldn't not go away. This was very frustrating to me considering i waited close to a month for a replacement panel. I called the place that repaired it and low and behold they told me to "f2@#$ off". I called toshiba and they told me that the pixel should resolve it self. Now it's been a couple of months and the stuck pixel that is colored green (super bright) now has a dead pixel right on top of it. I want to call toshiba again, but im afraid that they will just blow me off like they did. Hence, Im asking you guys for some advice on how to solve this problem, i supposedly have 1 year warranty and december is only a week away. should i call them and complain,, the pixels are unbearable to watch on dark scenes, and bright scenes you see the stuck pixel right next to it.. IT's so frustrating you know.. my friends come by to enjoy a game from ps3 or watch a game.. and there hasn't been a time when they ask me what is that green light.. and i always have to explain.. please help me!

You can call Toshiba CS again and complain and try to get your complaint escalated to a higher level of CS, not the first line people. But many manufacturers consider a few bad pixels as acceptable. And after they replaced a unit, they may give you a hard time. But you can try and good luck.
