Is the Sony 37" 37XBR6 really worth the $1500 premium price?

I'm looking for the best 37" LCD for 360 gaming and Blu-ray/DVD/tv. I really don't want to spend no more than $900 tops, but willing to dish out more if the sony is really worth it. But i find it's retail price very bizarre for a 37" panel. i hope it goes down in price.

if i were you id get the 40in sony XBR6 it $1799 at circut city or sony's 46in V series for $ 1599 cause the 37in XBR6 doesn't have 120hz refrash rate but you'll be happy with the 37in if thats what you get

The 40" XBR6 offers alot more. You'll have no regrets. Size, 120Hz, 10-bit. Sell the 360 to help make up the difference

The Sony 40" Z4100 is only 37" wide because of it's very thin bezel and a much better TV than the 37XBR6. I could never really understand what Sony was doing with this model as it basically has the same sorta specs as the Sony V4100 series LCD but at a premium price.
