I know that you guys have questions regarding the tracking process. My package says the same thing. There are number of things that causes this.
#1. The retailer can place a shipping label on the package, but the package has not been picked up. In some cases, retailers may have only one pick-up a day or even 2-3 pick-ups a week. Thus there is a delay in shipping. The package has not been scanned within UPS or FedEx's system. Thus no tracking information is showing.
#2. Could be issued the wrong tracking number.
#3. Tracking number needs to be reissued. I have experienced this with FedEx, as their tracking numbers start with DLS...
So it can be a number of factors, but most likely its associated to #1.
