amazing! Guess you will never part with this house
, You are right. We never want to leave.
On with the progress. Here we start installing the trim nailer's,:
We are using the Fabritrak fabric stretch system so all the trim has to be ferried out 1" to be even with the fabric.
We had to mount the projector to measure for the hush box. Here is another mistake
I made. I did not
think that an upgrade projector might be larger and the new JVCs will not fit without modification.
Time to start staining the trim.:
First (of many) coats.:
A mis-marked circuit caused us to pull the column. Also notice haw much darker the room is with the ceiling painted neutral Grey:
Lineacoustic for the whole area behind the screen.:
Dave doing the dirty work. I am allergic to the fiberglass.:
A different angle.:
Starting to paint the ceiling. The color is Kodak neutral Grey. At Dennis's suggestion, I went to a photo shop and bought a neutral Grey card and had the paint matched at Home Depot. I can post the Behr formula if someone wants it.:
Our first piece of Mahogany stained trim. It looks great next to the ceiling color.:
More trim. Note the speaker baffle wall has been covered with Lineacoustic.:
Spray the "Pop Corn" ceiling in the hall.:
Not a big "Pop Corn" fan but we must match hall ceiling.:
Tomorrow hush box detail and we start the Fabritrak install. Thanks for all your kind comments.:
