I'm going to run my set using the DVE disc and post my settings later this week.

I would like to know if anyone knows what the factory settings are for this model (xbr6). I am getting mine on Saturday, December 6, 2008, and if all goes well, I will be trying to calibrate the unit a 40" set with either the THX calibrating DVD or DVE Blu-ray disc. I will write down here what my factory settings are.

This thread is dead. Folks seem to think we should have a separate thread for every size. Please go to the Official Sony KDL-52XBR6 Settings Thread ONLY if you have a 52" set. orestesdd is not welcome there.
