Blu-Ray Folders Show up as 2 discs

I am using myMovies in VMC and I rip my blu-rays to folder format and play them with TMT. When I select "watch" in myMovies it does not immediately launch TMT and the movie, it pops up a selection between Disc 1 Movie and Disc 2 something like "bonus features, material, etc"...is there anyway to just make it start the movie...and no not ISOs

Thanks Guys, on a separate myMovies question...if I am watching a compressed movie or DVD and hit STOP then DONE and navigate to a blu-ray...when I click play the blu-ray is starts up the other movie again. After hitting STOP and DONE the movie shows as PAUSED in the lower left and I have to exit VMC then come back to launch a blu-ray.
