Philips 9631 psu help!!!

Ok so you spend your money.... then you watch it die!!!! I own a Philips 9631, it is needing a third psu at the moment. Can't decide ( as i like the ambilight) if to just skip it or pay $700 for the repair.
Anyone had similar probs with psu on philips???
Anyone got anywhere with philips to cough up out of warranty????

No way I'd pay $700 to replace a PSU, as much as I love my own 9631. You can buy a new 42" Panasonic plasma 720p for that much, sans Ambilight.

See if you can find spare parts somewhere on the web, eBay, Craigs List, etc. Maybe Philips can help.

I would think that a repair show could fix the problem for far less than $700.
