I can not speak for the others, but I have to say that I am still THRILLED with my RS-10. It is still my favorite toy. Hopefully you can check it first, because mine has developed one problem: It is the up and down lens shift. The way that I designed the mount that I use, I can adjust it anyway. If the PJ you are looking at is in perfect working order, that would be a STEAL. The way that the pixels are produced with the 10 helps the picture by reducing the screen door effect to almost nil. I am watching mine on an 84" diagonal screen at 13 feet. I honestly think I could move up to five feet away, if my furniture would permit.
I paid $4,200 for mine, and that was a good price in that day.
