Looking to spend 1200-1400...Panasonic TH50PZ85U vs TH46PZ85U? Good?

Hey,

Currently I have a Sharp LC-46D64U LCD that I love! Were looking at getting a plasma for the living room (lighting conditions should be fine) and Ive been researching the Panasonic TH50PZ85U and the Panasonic TH46PZ85U. They both look like very nice TV's and they have some pretty good reviews. If you had $1200-$1400 to spend on a Plasma, would you go this route?!?

For $100 more than your budget you can get the Panny 46" PZ800 delivered from newegg.com.

You can get the 50pz80u for less than $1200 right now. It's basically the same tv as the 85u minus a few features that most people would not use.
