So seeing that there is a lot of information about the flickering issue with the ax200u I am interested to find out how many hours people have on their
problem free ax200u.

Mine is problem free.
Even though this is probably the busiest forum for electronics in the US, it doesn't represent all users. Most people do not complain that they do not have problems with their projector so you only hear from the few who do.
I have over 500 hours on my AX200 and I wouldn't trade it for anything else out there.
