HELP - MX3000, MRF-300 RFX-150 program RF Remote for Fan

I have MX3000 with MRF-300 with RFX-150. I like to program my Ceiling Fan remote control to control light and Fan on MX-3000. Any possible way to do it and how to program RF Freq. The MX-3000 or any other learning remote for that matter, cannot learn RF. The RF that the 3000 produces is only for communicating with compatible base stations.
