HDMI Input/Output question.

Have a question about Receivers that have 3 HDMI inputs and 1 HDMI output. Does this mean I would plug my cable box and Blue Ray player into it, and have one HDMI Cable running to the TV? So instead of changing Inputs on the TV, I would do it on the Receiver?

Yes, but sometimes HDMI does not work so well with cable boxes. Some people find they have to use another option.

So the Receiver will pass the Video on to the TV? Good deal.

Sure. I had a problem with an earlier cable box that only allowed me to get video (no audio). That forced me to use S/PDIF for audio. Newer cable box is OK. In both cases, everything went through pre/pro.
