I got my ATI 4850 and like many, I've had audio issues with my receiver. I did connect my HDMI connection to a different port, which gives me sound, but it seems static-y at times.
So, the point.....In order to "fix" my audio problems with DVI->HDMI, I uninstalled just about every driver associated with audio, and restarted my computer.
Well, I had SoundMax HD audio for a more advanced setup than my previous one, and I can't remember what it was, and I can't find it anymore. I think, if I had it, and I was able to get it to work with the new HDMI input, that it may fix these issues.
Anyone know how I can retrieve my uninstalled version?
