Need some help here.
I made the mistake of selecting "Source 1" only in the menu as I only use my dvd player. The original firmware won't accept this, with the result being that the projector will not boot up. The latest firmware, version 2.9, fixes this, so I purchased the $50+ cable and downloaded the new firmware. When I tried to update the firmware, I get the message, "USB Device Not Recognized." I spoke to two Infocus support gurus, one of which did not help at all, and the second determined that the drivers were missing and that he would get back to me within 30 minutes - that was yesterday and still no reply. I have an e-mail into Infocus technical support, but I'm not holding my breath. Has anyone updated their firmware and experienced this problem? If so, how did get the drivers?
