It doesn't do BD HD encoding.
The only thing it does is support UDF 2.5 authoring. Meaning now you can burn BD discs right out of the shell, no more, no less.
It appears from the file size that the MS MPEG2 decoder is unchanged from SP1 to SP2.
I have found SP2 to be superior in the handling of wirless networks from my laptop and have had no problems with it.
