Samsung HL-R4667W Projector Mis-Alignment after color wheel replacement...Help

Four years ago I bought a Samsung DLP and it has worked great until a few weeks ago when the color wheel died. I received a new color wheel in the mail yesterday, installed it without a hitch but now it seems like I must have messed up the alignment of the projector cause it appears that the image on the screen is shifted down about 2 inches and to the right about half of an inch. When I put on a sporting event with a score at the bottom, half of the score is missing off of the screen. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can realign the projector? I tried adjusting the V/H in the service menu but that did not change the problem (even though I could see the image moving) I am fairly certain that it is a misaligned projector. I will try and take some pictures when I get home tonight.

Probably bumped the DMD board during the "repair". It will need to be re-positioned. The DMD board is the secured by three screws. Loosen them a little, move the board, tighten the screws down real good. Suggest you get a friend to help.

#17 that whole board that is covered with metal shield moves. Don't loosen the screws for the heatsink/fan. The three screws you want are out farther, two on the left and one on the right.
