How did you mount your surrounds?

I have seen surrounds hanging directly on walls and some on shelfs. If wall mounted, how did you prevent vibrations from sub. I need to mount 4 Klipsch s1 surrounds. They only have one keyhole slot and I thought about putting the little silicone bumpers on the 4 corners. I might do this now and later on build small shelves the curved shape of the speaker to sit on if that is better. Which way is best?

My Paradigms are wall-mounted, using the provided cleat/brackets. The speakers themselves came with the rubberized cushions, and so far have never made so much a squeak during heavy LFE tracks. I think any rubber feet attached on the wall 'contact points' will certainly help you keep your Klipsch surrounds tamed!

Cheers,

I mounted them just behind the seating position. To become less intrusive I just dialed the rear volume down. Works great in my setup and I didn't want speakers hanging high in the room.
