Howdy folks. I recently purchased an Infinity PS-10 subwoofer second-hand that's giving me some grief (scratching noise upon power up and random shutdowns once the unit gets warm), and I took the unit apart to give it a quick look. A cursory glance showed a blown capacitor (C71) with a burn mark underneath it, which seems to have taken a surface mount resistor (C72) with it. The capacitor seems to be 6.8µF/100V, however when I put a multimeter on the C71 resistor, I get wildly varying impedance levels of about 280-320 ohms. So essentially I need the value of the offending resistor. Any insight would be much appreciated.
