New Home Theater, how do I tell if my cable is in-wall rated?

I have a bunch of cat-5e cable left over from some office jobs and I am trying to determine if it is in-wall rated.

The building department has simply told me that all in-wall cable must be "CL2".

However I see no 'CL2' markings on any of the CAT5 I have nor have I ever seen that designation on a roll of cat5.

I have included the markings on the 2 different rolls of cat-5e cable I have. I 'think' the "CM" designation is what I'm looking for, but I'm not sure. Can anyone tell me if either of the cable rolls below would be rated to use "in-wall"?

The first roll is marked:
0204 feet cat-5e general cable J CMX outdoor-cmr (UL) C(UL) CMG 4PR 24AWG SW - Verified (UL) cat-5e BOC 04-03 051847JBS

The 2nd roll is marked:
0226 feet cat-5e general cable J CMP (UL) C(UL) 4PR 24AWG GENSPEED 5000 plenum VERIFIED (UL)

Thank you!

The first roll is CMR (riser) rated and the second roll is CMP rated (Plenum). Either one of these ratings can be substituted for CL2 according to the NEC hierarchy chart on substitutions. CM is the rating standard for communications cabling and CL2 is for Class 2 circuits.

Your inspector will not have a problem with either of these cables.
