Not only going 2B recording video.
I'd all so like too make audio DVD-R's.
Hours & hours of them!
So, is there a DVD-R w/good AQ?
I'll be using digital outputs; really looking for a unit w/coax output that wont screwup the SQ of the CD.
BIG thanks!

I've copied a number of CDs, LPs, and SVHS tapes which I used for taping audio, to HDD, then to DVD, with my Pio 640. I use LPCM, which allows a bit more than one hour per DVD. This means the recording is done with no compression. For analog sources, such as the LPs and SVHS tapes, the results are outstanding, better than if the material had been on commercial CD to begin with. I do have a very good turntable and cartridge.

The CDs I have copied also sound great, and doing them in LPCM means they don't have to get compressed a second time. I just wish I could play them on my car's CD player!

WoW
BIG thanks guys!
(thanks for the links to the read only thread; hopefully people that stop by here will get a lot out of that. as I did!)

I thought I would just get: 'if you use digital outs; they are all the same' for an answer.

Any DVD-R's w/coaxial (RCA) digital in/out?

Lossless 16/48 audio for pennies a hr, not too bad!
