Need some Help Calibrating my samsung T200HD

Hello can anyone give me some setting for the tv/moniter pleases its 1080p 20" i mostly play pc games on it i been playing CoDWaW on full HD but it is dark and some bit can't see if there ppl there or not same with some of the 1080p clips i downloaded its on standard at the mo and here is the setting if nedded to see if they a wrong

contrast 75
brightness 42
sharpness 58
colour 60
tint G 52 R 48
colour tone normal
backlight 9

Turn contrast to max.
Adjust brightness so you can see the details of the darkest objects.
Begin lowering contrast to a comfortable level of illumination so you don't have to squint.
Begin lowering backlight to the lowest level you are comfortable with.
Begin gaming.
