No one screwed anyone over.. you knew what you were buying when you bought it.

Says who? I bought mine around Christmas time, no one said it had so many problems, and we've been promised a fix for a LONG LONG TIME now.

WD cannot fix bugs, only create more . The new firmware will come from China
