Fresh HTPC build - question on Web Links Integration

This is the question for HTPC front end specialists:

I have a fresh build of Windows Vista Ultimate on a kick A$$ hardware. My main goal is to be able to use is to view online streaming video - Joost, Hulu, kartina.tv and video files stored on my NAS.

Question - what front end - MCE, MediaPortal or anything else is the best suited for web browser integration?

I am using Logitech DiNovo Mini for my remote needs.
