I would not be so quick to take anything Cnet has to say as an opinion that matters.
Cnet is fun reading reading but I would never buy or not buy anything based on what they had to say.
I have purchased many products that Cnet has givin luke warm reviews to and wondered what the hell they were talking about.
Check out the user reviews on Cnet, a common questions asked by the user reviews of Cnet is "what product were you reviewing" or "are you sure you reviewed the same product I have sitting in front of me".
Cnet can be helpful but dont base a buying decision on what they have to say about any product.
