Amazon charges me sales tax now because the state went after them a couple of years ago.

When I bought points cards at Target like I did on Black Friday Eve, there was no sales tax charged. That was at the B&M Target store.

If you don't get tax added on by a site, you are required to pay the tax yourself. Most states have this on their tax forms as a "use tax"

If you are looking for a discount on MS points:

http://www.crazygametime.com/item/4000-microsoft-points-xbox-live/

Got my code in a few minutes. Worked fine. Uses PayPal.

I've used crazygametime 3 times. pretty great setup. the whole process takes like 2 minutes. you get a code via the email and just redeem it.

It seemed iffy... but I found several places where people said it worked.

I jumped feet first and am glad I did.

wow might have to bite on Fallout 3. Not sure, though. I've played Oblivion on both PC and PS3. Hated the experience on PS3 (kept stealing items right next to items I had to pick up - stupid thumbsticks). Somewhat enjoyed the experience on PC, though it never held my attention enough to complete the game.

I currently have Skyrim on 360 and enjoy playing that, though got rather bored grinding my way to 100 on the crafting skills. One of these years I'll finish it.

So... do you guys think it's worth getting for someone who isn't a Bethesda fanboy? Decisions, decisions!

I actually had a blast playing Fallout 3, both on PC and Xbox. For $15 give it a try.

I think the games are great, but they're also just so time consuming! I never finished Fallout 3 or Oblivion or Skyrim (although I hope to get back to Skyrim eventually). People easily blow 200+ hours running around Skyrim and as much as I enjoy it, newer and shinier things are always showing up! It's a battle in futility and my one caveat about buying those games. Then again, when it's such a great deal, why not?

I couldn't finish Oblivion or Skyrim. Just kinda lost interest.

I finished both Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. I would actually say that 3 is one of the best games on the 360. I really enjoyed the setting, the way that combat was done with VATS, and just the overall experience. To me, there didn't feel like a grinding that was required of either Oblivion and Skyrim.

I'd pull the trigger. It's a steal at that price.

I have 277 hours put into Skyrim and I'm constantly finding new things to do. I play on the PC though so the new expansion is going to be a bit of a wait for me. I'm sure I'll put in at least another 20-30 hours into it once I find out everything it added to the main game. I love that style of game and to me no one does it better than Bethesda.

Not sure if you should grab it, although I might. But all the Amazon lightning deals today are video game related, so keep an eye out for something you might be interested in!
