best way to make screen out of HP screen material?

I have been reading all the different ways to make a frame for a screen, but I am not sure how to attach this type of material to the frame and have it tight. I have a 106 in pull down high power and want to make a permanent wall mount screen. Has anyone done this and can you walk me through how to do it.
