With the TV off, press on the remote Display, 5, Volume up, then Power.
Unfortunately, all that you can do in service mode is change the gain and offset values of the 709 (for HD), 609 (for SD), and VGA color spaces. On top of that, all of the values are in Y Cr Cb instead of RGB. Remember to write down all of the settings before you start messing with them!
