DVI-D Maximum distance?

Hello,

I was wondering what is the maximum distance i can run a DVI-D cable from my HDTV cable box to a Sanyo PLV-WF20 projector without losing HDTV signal?

Will i need some type of extended/repeater?

Depending on the cable type, standard DVI length is about 15'. Special cables and extender devices are available for longer runs.
