Toshiba rd-xs35 auto shut off help me please!!!!!

I need help with my Toshiba Recorder. It is quite anyoying when my recorder is idle for awhile it will alert you that if you want to keep watching tv hit the cancel button or the recorder will shut off. I use my recorder for sound so at times it will be idle at hour at end but I want it to stay on. It will shut itself down does anyone know how to keep from turn it self off is there a setting I can go to? I know it a power saver I quess but I want my recorder to stay on until I turn it off. Does anyone else have this problem?

I don't have any option on mine the only one i got is HDD auto stop turn on/off but that doesn't do anything if you turn it off. I called them up and they no nothing about this problem. The only reason I want to keep it on is because I used it for digital sound going into the reciever for the TV. This is just a pain to have it keep shutting off after a couple of hours on us.
