Yup, talent would have nothing to do with that and they only won because they studied some defensive coordinators signals. What was I thinking!!

I'll let it go in the interests of keeping the thread on topic. This thread is about a franchise with a history and tradition of winning and a franchise of perennial losers.

It has nothing to do with a franchise with a long history of being perennial losers that showed brief flashes of brilliance a few years back.

Ha! Today is the day that Pittsburgh loses a SUPER BOWL to the CARDINALS!

Someday when people ask: "How did the Cardinals manage to win the big one?"

The answer will be simple: "The Pittsburgh Steelers."

The simple answer is:

They're an NFC team - they only had to get lucky once.

When people look back at this season, most will consider the AFC Championship as the real Super Bowl.

True, to all but the mighty Arizona Cardinals.

Gotta go with the underdog/cinderella Cards.

I'll enjoy the game no matter who wins.

I want the Cards to win, but I know the Steelers will

Hey Lodef, your quote "...[a]dd to the fact that the QB still had to make the throws, the WR still had to make the catches, the RB still had to gain the yards, the PK still had to put the ball between the goal post," is a perfect answer to the crybaby Seagulls who lost more than Super Bowl XL, they lost the respect of the NFL by blaming officials for their mistakes; thanks for your support. As to the Patsies, without Vinatieri, they'd be the Buffalo Bills. If only you had a better coach, the team could have been legitimately good. Ah well.
