Killzone 2 demo hits this week in the EU

Now guys don't you lot going crashing out store you dirty little thieves

"SCEE has confirmed that the Killzone 2 demo will be available to download from the European PlayStation Store on February 5th. That's this Thursday.

The demo will include the first two sections of Corinth River' (the first level of the game) and will also include the tutorial sequence from the final game."

don't get to upset if you preorderd now wil you

i pre-ordered just to make sure i get this game on day one. however, gs failed to give me a voucher. and now i don't need it. thanks for the heads up, dude. and don't worry; i'll be borrowing some of your bandwidth in a couple of days. you can count on that. lol.

SCEE finally gets one over SCEA

"That's right folks

Killzone 2 demo

in the store

5th of February.

What can you expect?

Well, it's the first two sections of level one (meaning that you get the same tutorial sequence as in the final game - bit of a head start there), which is called Corinth River'. You will get to battle your way through a beach landing and a warehouse. In case you're wondering, the demo goes live on the same day for our friends in the SCEA region."


I assume the scea ref is for the preorder.

Ha... I'm glad I didn't bother in trying to get a voucher or have to deal with the evil GS.

Now I just wait for it.

Nah, but thanks for that. I just re-setup my EU account. Forgot to do that when my previous PS3 died.

I'm hearing mixed reviews about RE5, especially with what Dead Space was able to accomplish.

oh wait sony europe says??? lets have a big lol.

i can guarantee you that something will happen and we have to wait another week before we can play the demo. that is how it always goes with ****ing sony europe.

did i already mention that it has been 3 weeks since we had a new game on the ps store in EU.

you guys just dont know how happy you should be with sony USA.

Pretty much, Deadspace was what RE4 should have been when it decided to change game styles. RE5's a carbon copy of 4 with nicer GFX.

I think they were referencing the pre-orders from GS.

What's the point in having people pre-order from GS to get exclusive access to the Demo if they're just going to put it up on there for everyone?

Reports are it's a very short demo. Like Heavenly Sword short. That's cool though, I'm happy with just a little taste.
