Crestron TPMC-8X, remember user name & Password IE

I'm having trouble with touchpanel IE embeded software. I'm watching my IP cameras thru it, first I open IE with default path in it (IP of the camera), then in the user name & password field I've marked "Remember password" and then I could watch my camera. But when I close IE and reopen it "forgot" my user name & paswword. Can anyone help my about it? 10x
