I saw these on an auction website so I tagged along:
I went to inspect them and the chairs were new, but have either been stored for a while or were in a showroom. The tags were still on them.
They are leather, huge and very comfy so I thought I'd bid. My partner and I were willing to bid up to $700 to get them.
We wait forever and it finally goes on the block. We won it for $300! THREE HUNDRED BUCKS!!!
When loading them on the truck I noticed that they both had power cords. They were eclectic recliners that went almost flat. SCORE!!
Since the tags were still on them, I took them home and google searched. Turns out they are custom made to order. And cost $3000 new.
Life is good. My fiance and I gave them a test drive last night to The Dark Night. So comfy, so classy and they matched the room well. Thanks Palm Beach Auctions. Thank you for taking an awful pic that obscured just how awesome these home theater seats really are.
