What's wrong with the one Monoprice sells (4921)? It works.
(I wanted to buy a 5068, but they have been out-of-stock for a while, with no ETA.)
Anyway, Googling "HDMI splitter" nets lots of items, most more expensive. Some may even be sold in SoCal.
