Question about HDMI inputs

I apologize if this is not the correct place for this question. I have a Sammy 67inch LED DLP and a Onkyo TX-SR805, my question is, is it better to run HDMI from PS3, HD cable box directly to TV and audio to Onkyo, or just run HDMI to Onkyo and run a single HDMI from Onkyo to TV, is there any significant vieo loss this way

Running the HDMI from the PS3 to your receiver should allow you to take advantage of the more advanced audio codecs available on Blu-Ray discs.

HDMI is digital, as long as there's no data loss, the PQ should be the same either way.
